Harmattan-AI is seeking an Embedded Software Engineer to take ownership of firmware architecture for its next-generation hardware products. The role entails working closely with hardware engineers to develop firmware for rugged drone controllers and RF systems in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in a technical field and significant experience in embedded software development. The position offers high autonomy and direct impact on product deployment.

Qualifications

• 2 to 10+ years of experience in embedded software development.
• Proficient in Embedded C/C++ with strong foundations in bare‑metal and RTOS.
• Proven experience taking at least one embedded product from prototype to production.

Responsabilités

• Design robust firmware architecture for mixed real-time workloads.
• Write and maintain low-level drivers for peripherals and sensors.
• Partner with hardware engineers for board bring-up and debugging.
• Build unit tests and automate firmware testing.
