Job summary

Airbus Helicopters SAS in France seeks a professional to own and drive the E-Systems transformation portfolio. You will coordinate programs across engineering, procurement, manufacturing and customer services, aligning objectives with sponsors and customers.

You will lead complex projects in a highly challenging environment, ensuring financial control, scheduling, risk management and stakeholder engagement across Europe, including travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing and coordinating complex transformation projects towards visible results.
• Good understanding of E-Systems technical workflow: inputs/outputs and requirements.
• Excellent project management proficiency and communication skills.
• Readiness to take full accountability in a highly challenging environment.
• Problem-solving mindset with initiative to remove blockers.
• Strong leadership for change management and team motivation.
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
• German language skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategy of the projects portfolio towards E-Systems transformation ambition and ensure implementation.
• Manage portfolio funding availability and align with budget owners; ensure alignment with the business case.
• Lead the portfolio setup and execution across all phases within time, cost, quality and performance.
• Coordinate arbitration and decision making; renegotiate objectives with sponsors when needed.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment across procurement, engineering, manufacturing and customer services.
• Maintain customers centricity and secure relationships with internal and external customers.
• Provide leadership and develop teams; ensure governance, staffing and efficient ways of working.
