Job summary

ProjecTTech recrute un superviseur HV/LV pour piloter les installations électriques sur un grand projet industriel en Normandie. Vous garantirez l’exécution conforme, le respect des normes et des délais, tout en coordonnant les intervenants sur site.

Le candidat idéal possède au moins 5 ans d’expérience en supervision HV/LV, une connaissance des données centers ou installations critiques serait un atout et vous communiquez en anglais technique dans un contexte international.

Qualifications

• Diplôme en électrotechnique ou équivalent, formation spécialisée en HV/LV.
• Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en supervision HV/LV sur projets industriels.
• Bonne connaissance des normes électriques et sécurité sur site.
• Aisance pour coordonner plusieurs entreprises et suivre les plannings.
• Anglais technique opérationnel pour un environnement international.

Responsibilities

• Superviser les travaux d'installations HV/LV et les sous-traitants.
• Veiller au respect des délais, coûts et qualité selon les plans.
• Contrôler la conformité des installations avec les normes applicables.
• Participer aux réunions de chantier et rapporter l’avancement.
• Identifier les écarts, proposer des actions correctives et suivre leur mise en œuvre.
• Appliquer les règles HSE et assurer la sécurité sur le site.
• Assurer l'interface entre les équipes, le bureau d'études et les intervenants.
• Participer aux phases de tests, mise sous tension, et réception.

Context

As part of the development of our activities in the data center sector, we are looking for an HV/LV (High Voltage/Low Voltage) Supervisor to oversee the electrical installation works on a large-scale industrial project. You will ensure the proper execution of the installations, compliance with technical requirements, safety, deadlines and quality, while coordinating the various stakeholders on site.

Main Responsibilities

• Supervise the installation works of high-voltage and low-voltage systems.
• Coordinate subcontracting companies working on site.
• Ensure compliance with the schedule, costs, quality and technical requirements.
• Check the compliance of installations with plans, specifications and applicable standards.
• Participate in site meetings and ensure regular reporting on work progress.
• Identify deviations, propose corrective actions and ensure their follow-up.
• Ensure the application of HSE rules and compliance with safety procedures.
• Ensure the interface between the construction teams, design office, project teams and the various stakeholders.
• Participate in testing, energization operations, commissioning, acceptance and the lifting of reservations.

Technical Skills

• Good knowledge of high-voltage and low-voltage electrical installations:
• High and low voltage (HV/LV)
• Electrical switchboards
• Electrical distribution
• Cable trays
• Lighting and equipment power supply
• Grounding and electrical protection
• Reading and interpretation of electrical plans and diagrams.
• Knowledge of electrical standards and HSE requirements.
• Proficiency in the Office Suite and knowledge of AutoCAD appreciated.
• Experience in supervising works on industrial, commercial or infrastructure projects.
• Professional English enabling work in an international environment.

Candidate Profile

• Education from 2-year to 5-year higher education level in electrotechnics, electrical engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supervising HV/LV works on industrial, commercial or infrastructure projects.
• Experience in data centers or critical electrical installations is an asset.
• Good ability to coordinate several companies and monitor work progress.
• Sense of organization and ability to manage constraints related to technical construction sites.
