Airbus SAS based in Toulouse, France, seeks a Customer Support Engineer to support all Airbus commercial customers on electrical systems and exterior lights. You will address ATA24/ATA33-4x queries, manage AOG situations, and coordinate with the Airbus Customer Care Center to bring timely solutions to customers worldwide.

The role emphasizes in‑service engineering, customer communication, and cross-functional collaboration across Airbus programs (A300, A320 family, A330 family, A350, A380).

Qualifications

• Experience as an in-service engineer for ATA chapters 24 and 33-4x.
• Ability to handle AOG situations and stand-by duties.
• Strong skills in technical customer communications and issue resolution.

Responsabilités

• Act as the in-service engineer specialist on your ATA chapter.
• Daily answering ATA24/33-4x related engineering queries on Airbus programs.
• Manage AOG situations and stand-by duty coordination with CCC.
• Represent Airbus to customers and interact with suppliers to resolve issues.
