EssilorLuxottica is seeking an experienced Manager for the EHS Excellence Corporate functions on a global perimeter. The role focuses on strategy, governance, and program rollout across EHS initiatives, including M&A and CSR projects.

You will lead data-driven improvements and cross-functional collaboration. The position requires 7+ years in EHS/Operations, strong MS Office skills, and knowledge of ISO standards, with international experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering or equivalent.
• 7+ years of management experience in Operations environment (EHS, Maintenance and facilities) and/or Retail business.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Power Automate and Power BI.
• Knowledge of international regulatory & ISO standards.
• International experience in EHS (outside Europe is a plus).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to drive EHS growth and transformation.

Responsabilités

• Define strategies for the EssilorLuxottica EHS Organization within the specified global perimeter.
• Identify best approaches (tools and methods) to reach excellence in the scope.
• Set up steering committees and enable governance to measure progress and flag blockers.
• Lead initiatives for Global Roadmap implementation (5 Years Plan).
• Implement overall strategies through project management and CSR related initiatives.
• Design new data reporting views via data mining to aid EHS BUs and Businesses.
• Support EHS Org to identify opportunities to improve KPIs with targeted projects.
• Support incident investigations to determine root causes and corrective actions.
• Monitor incident investigation follow-up with BUs and ensure closure.
• Create a roadmap for document management system and related implementation.
• Collaborate with the ISO certification company to ensure processes and audits are followed.
• Foster collaboration within the EHS Excellence Team to maximize synergies.

Job Responsabilities

• Contribute to define strategies for the EssilorLuxottica EHS Organization, specifically for the topics related to the above perimeter
• Identify the best approaches (tools and methods) to achieve the level of Excellence in their responsibilities scope subjects within the Group
• Set up steering committees and is responsible for communication enabling the Governance (Top Management) to measure the progress of the Programs managed, to be alerted to blocking points, and to take decisions to enable the achievement of the set objectives
• Play a key role in the identification of main initiatives to improve overall performances in terms of Global Roadmap implementation (5 Years Plan)
• Participate to implement the overall strategies for the EssilorLuxottica EHS Organization through project management and supporting the implementation at Corporate level, including special projects related to new M&A and CSR related initiatives
• Through data mining activities, design and implement new views of data reporting, to help EHS BUs and Business to drive improvement
• Support the entire EHS Org to identify opportunities to improve EHS KPIs with specific projects that can be rolled out through vertical pillars or more horizontally across the entire Org/Regions, in collaboration with other Excellence Dept. and/or EHS BUs Org
• Support incidents investigation process to help EHS BUs to determine root cause, and develop corrective action plans to prevent reoccurrence
• Lead efforts to monitor with BUs the incident investigation process follow up
• Responsible for creating the roadmap for documental Management system, creation and implementation
• Work with the Third-party ISO certification Company, to ensure the overall process and ISO Certification program are implemented
• Promote collaboration inside the EHS Excellence Team to facilitate interaction and cross-functional initiatives aimed to maximize synergies in the EHS standardization processes

Candidate Profile

• Maste Master’s or Bachelor Degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent
• 7+ years of management experience in Operations environment (EHS, Maintenance and facilities) and/or Retail business
• Advanced proficenciy in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Power Automate and Power BI, Basic knowledge of AI applications
• Knowledge in international regulatory & ISO standards
• International experience in EHS (outside of Europe as nice to have)
• Knowledge in Environmental standards and regulations
• Ability to motivate staff to achieve the ultimate resolution of business problems
• Superior oral and written and presentation skills
• Proven ability to introduce, cultivate, and implement new ideas and directives
• Strategic skills as enabler of supporting the EHS Organization growth and transformation
