Google is seeking a Program Manager to lead the Global EHS electrical safety program for France-based data center construction. You will partner with stakeholders to develop, implement, and sustain safety practices across projects in the region.

With 5+ years in construction EHS, you will drive risk mitigation, ensure compliance with EHS regulations, and promote a culture of excellence. Fluency in English and French is required to support multinational teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction EHS.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with electrical safety in the workplace (e.g., NFPA 70E).
• Knowledge of operational metrics reporting is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of EHS programs for data center construction in France.
• Serve as an EHS advisor to Google stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate environmental and safety risks at construction sites.
• Ensure contractors deliver high-quality services and timely issue resolution.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning to improve safety and productivity.
