Qualifications

• Must have Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field and 5 years of construction EHS experience.
• Experience with electrical safety in the workplace (e.g., NFPA 70E).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of EHS programs for data center construction in France, serving as an EHS advisor to Google stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate environmental and safety risks at construction sites while managing the transition from design to construction and operational activities.
• Ensure contractors deliver high-quality services and that issues are identified and resolved promptly.
• Drive a culture of continuous learning to improve project efficiency, productivity, and safety.
• Manage construction quality processes in collaboration with general contractors, electrical/mechanical trades, and commissioning agents.
