Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Video Editor specialized in performance ads for e-commerce, based in France. You will convert briefs and assets into high-converting video ads for Meta, TikTok, Google, and YouTube, including AI-generated content.

Collaboration with creative leads to test hooks and refine campaigns based on performance data. You will manage multiple formats, optimize UGC and product demos, and track metrics like CTR, CPA, and ROAS, while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, remote

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years editing direct-response e-commerce ads, especially Meta campaigns.
• Strong portfolio with live ads and measurable business outcomes.
• Ability to craft hooks within first seconds of a video.
• Understanding of Meta creative testing and campaign metrics.
• Proficient in AI-powered tools to generate and refine assets.
• Experience with AI tools such as Veo 3, Kling 3, Seedance, Runway, Higgsfield, Nano Banana Pro, Midjourney, ElevenLabs.
• Excellent English copywriting for US audiences.

Responsibilities

• Transform briefs into polished, conversion-focused video ads.
• Produce a consistent weekly volume of ad concepts and hook variants.
• Edit UGC and product content into engaging ads.
• Create AI-generated advertising content from scratch.
• Combine traditional editing with AI workflows for high-quality output.
• Develop and test different formats (problem-solution, testimonials, unboxing, etc.).
• Apply performance marketing principles to hooks, pacing, captions, and CTAs.
• Monitor metrics like hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
• Use insights to optimize existing ads and test new variations.
• Stay updated on TikTok/Meta trends and competitor campaigns.
