Job summary

Bandai Namco Entertainment Europe is seeking an E-commerce intern to join the EMEA headquarters in Lyon. You will support the Official Bandai Namco Store with content creation, localization, and promotional activities across Europe, Australia, and the Middle East.

You will work under the E-commerce team manager, coordinating with social media and CRM to maximize product visibility while ensuring excellent customer experience and accurate translations.

Qualifications

• Genuine curiosity about e-commerce sector and digital retail.
• Good level of written and oral English.
• High command of French.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Good communication across teams.
• Experience with an e-commerce CMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and optimize product pages with SEO and UX focus.
• Collaborate with internal teams for visuals and descriptions that meet brand standards.
• Keep product catalog up to date (localization, pricing, stock, pre-order).
• Plan and run promotional campaigns and analyze performance.
• Coordinate with Social Media and CRM for product visibility.
• Monitor the website for seamless navigation and accurate translations.
• Track e-commerce trends and competitors.
