Samsung Electronics France is seeking a student or recent graduate to help grow revenue and visibility for the Samsung Pro Shop, and to support campaigns across CRM, e‑merchandising, and partnerships.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize user experience, analyze data, and present actionable recommendations to senior management. This internship offers exposure to international CRM activities and e‑commerce strategy.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English – essential in an international environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially for presentations and data analysis.
• Comfortable preparing and presenting materials for senior management and external partners.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
• Organized, methodical, autonomous, capable of managing multiple projects.
• Proactive and energetic with initiative and new ideas.
• Curious and team-spirited with a proactive attitude.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement CRM campaigns to boost revenue and visibility.
• Coordinate with agencies, QA, and reporting on CRM activity.
• Propose optimization areas and present recommendations.
• Improve e-merchandising and UX/UI to raise conversion rates.
• Support partnerships to acquire new B2B customers.
• Monitor and report on sales and traffic performance.
• Stay updated on UX/UI, CRM, and e-commerce best practices.
