Jobtailor in Île-de-France is seeking a Senior FP&A/Management Controller to drive the financial performance of the ecommerce channel, including own websites and marketplaces. You will manage forecasting, budgeting and strategic planning while partnering with the Digital Director on investment decisions.

You will lead a 3-person team, streamline financial processes, and leverage BI tools and ERP systems to improve efficiency and profitability in a fast‑paced digital retail environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance or Management.
• 5–7 years of experience in management control / FP&A with ecommerce specialization.
• Strong data mindset and proficiency with BI tools and ERP systems.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Drive the financial and operational performance of the E‑commerce channel (own websites and marketplaces).
• Ensure a clear and reliable reading of the E‑commerce P&L to identify levers for performance optimization.
• Manage forecasting processes (budget, reforecasts, strategic plan).
• Act as a key partner to the Digital Director to inform investment decisions.
• Lead, motivate and develop a team of 3 team members.
• Structure and harmonize financial processes to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Master’s degree (Bac+5 or equivalent) in Finance or Management
• Proven experience of at least 5‑7 years in management control / FP&A, with a specialization in E‑commerce, Digital Retail or Omnichannel
• Strong data mindset and proficiency with Business Intelligence (BI) tools and ERP systems
• Fluent in English
