Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned management controller to lead financial reporting, budgeting processes, and performance dashboards for large corporate and mid-market clients.

The role involves reorganizations and growth or IPO contexts, designing training programs, coaching teams, and contributing to business development. A Bac+5 degree and 6+ years in management control, with strong English, are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in management control roles.
• Strong foundation in financial (general) and cost/management accounting.
• Experience with an ERP system and BI tools.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
