Intermountain Health invites experienced Registered Nurses to join the Saint Joseph Hospital Site Float Pool in Denver, CO. You will float across units to ensure safe staffing, delivering patient-centered care and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

The role requires an RN license, BSN, BLS, and at least 1 year of RN experience, with BSN to be completed within four years for newer graduates. The position offers day and night shifts with a 36-hour schedule and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of practice with transfer of compact licenses within 60 days.
• Minimum one year of RN experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification for Healthcare Providers.
• BSN required; degree will be verified.
• BSN must be obtained within four years for those with less than 12 months experience.

Responsabilités

• Deliver safe, compassionate, evidence-based nursing care across a variety of patient populations and clinical settings.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care.
• Recognize and respond to changes in patient condition.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and achieve optimal outcomes.
