WW Talents is hiring a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agent to work remotely from Greece. You will handle Dutch customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, assisting with product information, orders, and returns while delivering excellent service.

The role includes fully paid training, a nesting period, and regular development opportunities in an international team based in Athens. Relocation support is provided to help you move to Greece.

Qualifications

• Fluent/native-level Dutch required.
• English B2 or higher.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide professional customer support in Dutch via inbound phone, chat, and email.
• Assist customers with product and service inquiries.
• Resolve inquiries efficiently while maintaining high service quality.
• Follow established processes, procedures, and scripts.
• Maintain a positive, helpful, and customer-focused approach.
