Natixis Investment Managers International in Paris invites an experienced Compliance Head to lead the Third Party Monitoring (TPO) framework and oversee regulatory compliance across regional offices.

You will manage a small team (Paris & Singapore) and collaborate with Legal, Finance, Risk and Compliance functions, ensuring a harmonised approach to outsourcing and vendor management in a global environment.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in asset management or financial services.
• Master monitoring third parties, outsourcing and managing service providers.
• Knowledge of the European regulatory environment; international experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Create, implement and maintain NIMID's Third Party Monitoring Framework (TPO) and programmes.
• Develop onboarding and third-party tracking activities to manage third-party risks.
• Lead internal global monitoring and tracking programs under the TPO function.
• Ensure compliance with outsourcing regulations across regions and navigate regulatory requirements.
• Build strong collaboration with Legal, Finance, Risk and Compliance teams and with key contractors.
• Design and deliver training on TPO programs to maximize coverage and integration.
• Organize and chair the Outsourcing Oversight Committee (OOC) and report to governance bodies.
