RX France is seeking a Marketing Director to define and lead the comprehensive marketing strategy. You will drive commercial growth, customer engagement and transformation across exhibitions and digital products, leading a large team of specialists in Communications, CRM & Data, Digital Marketing and Digital Platforms.

As part of the RX leadership team, you will ensure local execution aligns with global priorities, balance local needs with global strategies, and influence senior stakeholders

• Significant senior marketing leadership experience.
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
• Deep expertise across modern marketing disciplines: brand, demand generation, CRM, digital marketing, data, and marketing tech.
