Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) is a global consulting firm known for a hands-on approach to client results. We seek an Operational Due Diligence (ODD) Director to join the Private Equity Performance Improvement team, based in Paris or London with weekly travel to France.

The role blends operational and commercial skills, with a strong PE network and the ability to deliver interim and advisory work across pre- and post-deal stages. Fluency in English and French is essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of Operational Due Diligence in top-tier firms.
• Experience in international operations incl. manufacturing and logistics.
• Private Equity portfolio experience; PE-back portfolio work desired.
• LEAN production philosophy understanding and application.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ODD, 100-day planning, post-merger integration and performance improvement.
• Advise and implement performance improvement programs across industries.
• Evaluate cost reduction and revenue enhancement opportunities.
• Lead post-acquisition work to realize ODD outcomes and ensure swift results.
