About The Role

A&M’s PEPI practice in London is looking to hire an Associate & Senior Associate with a strong track record in Commercial Due Diligence (CDD). This senior‑level role requires extensive experience in managing CDD projects, with a blend of commercial skills, an entrepreneurial approach, and a strong network. As part of A&M's integrated team, the Associate & Senior Associates will collaborate with colleagues from Corporate Transformation, and Transaction Advisory & Valuations practices, leveraging a broad range of resources and expertise across sectors and geographies.
