Alvarez & Marsal France is seeking a Director in Transaction Advisory for Paris to lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements, mentor teams, and advise clients on value drivers and risks. You will drive project structuring, client deliverables, and deadline management while developing new business opportunities with Private Equity and corporate clients.

• Strong academic background in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Engineering; MBA, CFA, or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
• Extensive financial due diligence experience at a Big 4 or leading advisory firm, with a proven track record in managing complex engagements.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to coach and inspire junior team members.
• Fluent in French and English; additional European languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements, providing clear insights into key value drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Manage and mentor teams, ensuring high-quality analysis and effective communication of findings to senior stakeholders.
• Take responsibility for structuring projects, driving client deliverables, and meeting deadlines.
• Act as a trusted advisor to Private Equity and corporate clients, helping them make informed investment decisions.
• Contribute to business development by supporting pitches, preparing proposals, and expanding client relationships.
• Collaborate across A&M service lines to bring an integrated approach to clients.
• Play an active role in practice development, contributing to knowledge sharing, training, and recruitment initiatives.
