Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) seeks a Head of Parliamentary & Regulatory Affairs (F/M) for the Paris HQ on a permanent contract. The role leads regulatory intelligence, policy analysis and parliamentary engagement, mainly in Paris and Brussels, reporting to the Group Director of Public Affairs.

The successful candidate will drive engagement with parliamentarians, regulators and trade associations, shaping URW’s response to major policy issues affecting retail, real estate and urban

Qualifications

• 10 to 15 years of experience in Public Affairs, Government Relations, Public Policy or Regulatory Affairs.
• Deep understanding of the French legislative and regulatory process.
• Excellent drafting skills, including position papers, policy notes and executive briefings.
• Established network within the French political and administrative ecosystem; European exposure desirable.
• Fluent French and English.

Responsabilités

• Lead regulatory intelligence and legislative monitoring focusing on Paris and Brussels.
• Develop and execute advocacy strategies; coordinate responses to consultations and policy initiatives.
• Manage parliamentary engagement with regulators, ministers' offices and trade associations.
• Coordinate cross-functional advocacy campaigns with Tax, Legal, Sustainability, Communications, Operations and Development teams.
