Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) is seeking a senior Public Affairs leader to drive regulatory intelligence, policy analysis and parliamentary engagement from Paris. You will lead a small, high‑impact team, shaping URW’s position on legislation affecting retail, real estate and urban development across Europe.

Qualifications

• 10 to 15 years of experience in Public Affairs, Government Relations, Public Policy or Regulatory Affairs.
• Significant experience within the French political and institutional ecosystem.
• Deep understanding of the French legislative and regulatory process.
• Excellent analytical capabilities and ability to translate policy developments into business implications.
• Excellent drafting skills, including position papers, policy notes and executive briefings.
• Established network within the French political and administrative ecosystem; European exposure is desirable.
• Innovative stakeholder engagement, influencing capabilities and negotiation skills.
• High energy, intellectual curiosity and a strong execution mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding and politically sensitive environment.
• Fluent French and English.

Responsabilités

• Lead regulatory intelligence, policy analysis and parliamentary engagement for Paris and Brussels.
• Develop advocacy strategies and coordinate responses to public policy initiatives across markets.
• Prepare position papers, policy recommendations and briefing notes.
• Manage engagement with parliamentarians, regulators, ministries and trade associations.
