Wolters Kluwer CP & ESG division seeks a Director, SaaS Migration Program Execution to oversee the migration of its existing customer base to the strategic cloud platform. You will lead from legacy deployment to modern packaging and pricing, coordinating across Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Cloud Operations.

The role demands a hands-on leader capable of scaling migrations, managing governance, and delivering measurable business value, with accountability for capacity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business or related field.
• 10+ years leading large-scale transformation, cloud migration, SaaS transition or customer lifecycle programs.
• Experience managing complex enterprise customer implementations.

Responsabilités

• Oversee global SaaS migration portfolio and define annual/quarterly migration plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Consulting Partners, Cloud Operations, Finance, Legal and Product.
• Drive migration execution from qualification to go-live and post-go-live optimization.
• Ensure governance, KPIs, risk management and business case realization.
