Salt is seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager / Epic Delivery Owner to lead complex ERP, SaaS and enterprise application initiatives. You will own end-to-end delivery across Finance, HR, Risk, Audit, Compliance and Legal functions, coordinating multiple teams and external partners to ensure on-time go-lives.

The role requires strong leadership, vendor management and the ability to navigate complex dependencies across applications, infrastructure and security in a global enterprise.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering ERP/SaaS/enterprise apps implementations.
• Proven end-to-end delivery from initiation to go-live.
• Experience with multi-team, multi-location projects.
• Certified in PRINCE2 or PMP/PMI and strong governance skills.

Responsabilités

• Take end-to-end ownership of IT projects/epics from initiation to go-live.
• Lead ERP, SaaS and enterprise package implementations, upgrades and migrations.
• Develop and maintain detailed delivery plans with scope, milestones, budgets and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across locations, divisions and entities.
• Manage third-party vendors, system integrators and outsourced partners.
• Provide clear reporting to senior management and stakeholders.
