Job summary

Leading Path is a premier IT and management consulting firm delivering cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and automation solutions. The Infrastructure DevOps Lead will guide an Agile team, drive cloud migrations to AWS, and implement IaC practices using Terraform and Ansible.

The role requires security-conscious leadership and hands-on expertise with Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and acceleration of deployment at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum of eight (8) years current experience leading development and implementation of complex infrastructure and DevOps solutions applying Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead an Agile team using Kanban methodologies to deliver infrastructure and DevOps solutions.
• Serve as a hands-on technical leader in cloud infrastructure, automation, and deployment strategies.
• Guide technical direction using infrastructure as code principles and best practices.
• Navigate security processes and accreditation requirements with the customer to ensure compliance.
• Harden AWS environments and architectures to meet stringent security and operational requirements.
• Manage and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Work with external stakeholders to map requirements and tasks for infrastructure deployments.
• Collaborate with development teams to find integrated solutions that align infrastructure with application needs.
• Lead cloud migration efforts from on-premises hardware to AWS infrastructure.
• Manage container orchestration platforms, particularly Kubernetes (EKS preferred).
• Deploy and manage CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous delivery of applications and infrastructure.
• Scale COTS and GOTS applications to meet large enterprise application requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in infrastructure automation and deployment processes.
• Conduct architecture reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance infrastructure offerings
