Job summary

Vestiaire Collective seeks a Director of Cloud Infrastructure & Security to lead a small, senior engineering team focused on AWS/GCP, Kubernetes, and modernisation efforts. You will shape strategy while staying close to architecture, incidents and delivery.

You will drive reliability, cost-efficiency, and security posture across production, ensuring guardrails, policy enforcement, and strong collaboration with product teams. This role is based abroad with global responsibility.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership across multiple teams.
• Hands-on director with technical depth in cloud infra and security.
• Experience delivering reliable, scalable cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead two teams of senior engineers in Cloud Infra and Security.
• Define joint roadmaps aligned to business priorities and risk.
• Establish KPIs, SLOs and cost/security metrics for production systems.
• Drive Terraform, GitOps and policy-as-code adoption for safe provisioning.
• Consolidate observability for unified metrics, logs and traces.
• Own FinOps and cost accountability per product team.
• Advance AI-native engineering and secure-by-default configurations.
