Job summary

Waiv is seeking a Director of Clinical & Scientific Strategy – Precision Oncology to lead evidence generation, KOL engagement, and clinical deployment for our AI-based breast cancer prognostic solution. You will bridge Waiv’s Medical team with external oncologists, pathologists, and academic centers to establish scientific credibility and clinical adoption.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a biomedical discipline (oncology, pathology, translational medicine)
• Deep expertise in breast cancer biology, clinical practice, and treatment decision-making
• Strong command of prognostic and predictive biomarker methodology
• Comfort with quantitative oncology data analysis and interpretation (biostatistics, survival analysis, biomarker validation)

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end medical strategy for the breast cancer AI-based prognostic solution in coordination with RAQA and Product teams
• Translate clinical data into rigorous medical communications for internal and external audiences
• Contribute to product strategy with clinical evidence and lifecycle management
• Lead KOL engagement, advisory boards, and publication planning across North America and Europe
• Coordinate study protocols/reports for prospective/retrospective validation studies
• Support data packages for market access and payer discussions
• Ensure medical accuracy of analytical outputs across cross-functional teams
• Represent the company at international congresses and scientific meetings
