Qualifications

• MD with board-certified pathology and 5+ years of clinical practice.
• Experience or strong interest in digital/computational pathology.
• Proven track record of peer-reviewed publications (first or last author preferred).
• Comfortable engaging with industry partners and advisory boards.

Responsabilités

• Define annotation strategies and quality standards with data scientists.
• Manage a network of external pathologist annotators; own QC and calibration.
• Perform hands-on image annotation as needed.
• Translate morphological expertise into model-ready insights.
• Provide interpretability analysis to ensure model validity.
• Support publications, posters, and webinars with evidence on models.
• Evaluate new project concepts for clinical feasibility and scientific rigor.
