Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) is seeking a Director of Digital Practices to lead the development and evolution of the Digital Practice across the Carcam region, strengthening its contribution to business growth and client impact.

The successful candidate will foster strategic capabilities in digital transformation, AI, product management, and customer experience, leading executive engagements and building high-performing cross-functional teams to deliver market-ready offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Master’s Degree in related fields a plus.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in managing AI products or projects.
• Significant leadership experience in digital transformation, technology, innovation or product management.
• Proven track record in developing and growing practices, service lines, offerings, or business units.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams within complex and matrixed organizations.
• Strong ability to build executive-level client relationships and lead strategic business discussions.
• Proven experience facilitating executive workshops, speaking engagements, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Solid understanding of Artificial Intelligence and its application to business transformation.
• Strategic mindset combined with strong execution capabilities and a results-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fully Bi-lingual (English and Spanish).

Responsabilités

• Lead the development and evolution of the Digital Practice across the Carcam region.
• Foster strategic capabilities related to digital transformation, digital product management, customer experience, technology, and artificial intelligence.
• Serve as a market leader across the areas within the practice scope, contributing to the development of new offerings, supporting commercial initiatives and leading executive client engagements.
• This position requires a strong combination of leadership, strategic thinking, business development, and the ability to build and develop high-performing multidisciplinary teams.
• Growth & Practice Development: Foster growth and development of the Digital Practice across the region and contribute to business growth.
• Client Engagement & Thought Leadership: Lead executive workshops, co-creation sessions, presentations, and speaking engagements.
• Offer Development & Innovation: Expand and strengthen the practice’s portfolio of solutions and services.
• Practice Leadership & Operating Model: Define and evolve the operating model, develop talent, and promote collaboration.
