Community Living Prince Edward is hiring a Direct Support Professional for full-time day shifts in Prince Edward County. You will enhance quality of life for residents, assist with person-centered plans, and help individuals participate in community activities. CPR/First Aid are required, and a valid driver’s license is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, communications, organizational and teamwork skills.
• Human Services graduates (DSW, SSW, BST, CYW etc.) sought for full-time work.
• Current CPR and First Aid certificates; valid Driver’s license if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Person Directed Plans, goals and outcomes.
• Support community participation, independence and relationship building.
• Contribute to team goals and accreditation processes.
