Hager Group is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to design, build, and continuously improve analytical tools and reports across the organization. You will work in a development-focused role, picking up requests and delivering high-quality outputs while providing actionable insights to stakeholders at all levels, including senior management.

The role emphasizes development, data interpretation, and consulting across departments with a global scope, in a fast-paced, ticket-based environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, including ABAP coding skills.
• Strong Power BI skills, including Power Query, scripting skills in Python, Bash or Shell, Celonis is a plus.
• Ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Team player with a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset and strong customer focus.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); German or French is an advantage.

Job description

As a Supply Chain Analyst (m/f/d), you will be a core member of our Supply Chain Excellence Team, operating at the intersection of data analytics, SAP systems, and supply chain operations. Working within a ticket-based development model, you will design, build, and continuously improve the analytical tools and reports that drive decision-making across the organization.

In this role, you will be 100% focused on development — picking up requests, building solutions, and delivering high-quality output. Beyond development, you will also act in a consulting capacity: interpreting data, providing actionable insights, and communicating findings clearly to stakeholders at all levels, including senior management.

Your responsibilities can be grouped into four main areas: report & dashboard development, automation, data analysis & consulting, and stakeholder management.

Your Profile

• Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
• Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, including ABAP coding skills
• Strong Power BI skills, including Power Query, scripting skills in one or more languages (e.g. Python, Bash, Shell), experience with Celonis is a plus
• Ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Team player with a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset and strong customer focus
• Structured, independent way of working with the ability to manage multiple requests in parallel
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); German or French is an advantage
