Jobtailor in Île-de-France, Malakoff, is seeking an experienced Marketing Lead to shape and execute the company's marketing strategy. You will align objectives with long-term vision and lead cross-functional teams across digital and offline channels.

You will analyze markets, manage partnerships, oversee online presence, and optimize campaigns. Fluent in English, with 5–7 years in marketing, ideally in IT consulting, you will drive growth and brand differentiation.

Qualifications

• Degree in marketing, communications or a related field.
• Strong proficiency with digital marketing tools and SEO/SEA techniques.
• 5 to 7 years of experience (operational profile), ideally in an IT consulting firm.
• Effective communicator (both verbal and written), autonomous and creative.
• Team player.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement the company's overall marketing strategy aligned with long-term vision.
• Analyze the market and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
• Design and coordinate online and offline communication campaigns.
• Manage strategic partnerships to strengthen brand image.
• Oversee online presence: website, social media and other digital channels.
• Analyze digital campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize results.
• Work with technical and sales teams to design innovative, differentiating offerings.
• Organize events (trade shows, webinars, etc.) to promote our services.
• Create effective marketing materials (brochures, presentations, etc.).
• Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare detailed reports.
• Propose strategic improvements based on the results obtained.
