A global leader in shipping and logistics is seeking a Technical Team Manager to oversee HR solutions, ensuring their alignment with organizational needs. The role involves managing configurations, integrations, and driving project initiatives in a tech environment. Candidates must have extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors, strong analytical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

MISSION :
The Technical Team Manager is responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of the HR solutions portfolio, ensuring its alignment with organizational needs while driving innovation. He/She will ensure the seamless integration, maintenance, and performance of HR solutions, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decisions.
He/She leads the team of HR Digital Product Owners oriented on technical expertise. He/She coordinates the activities of them to keep the consistencies between the different processes. He/She demonstrates the ability to ensure the operational stability for the customer and has a global view on the HR solutions to foresee new technologies, methods, or tools that can enhance or transform existing HR solutions.
Enhancements & Integrations: Manage advanced configurations of HR solutions and ensure that HR tools are well-integrated with other systems, promoting data flow and system coherence.
Expected deliverables:
The successful candidate will exhibit an in-depth knowledge and understanding of IT services and Product Management in complex organizations. He / She will need to demonstrate proven relationship management strengths, with clear evidence of an ability to build successful business partnerships and drive direction and effective product backlogs.
High-level communication ability is essential, with verbal, written and interpersonal skills integral to success in this role.
