Accor invites dynamic interns to join the Customer Experience and Engagement Digital Marketing team in Paris. You will help manage, optimize, and QA digital content across Mövenpick and Swissôtel sites, ensuring localization quality and brand alignment.

The role offers hands-on experience in content operations, CMS workflows, and cross-functional collaboration with global teams. Hybrid work and a structured mentorship are provided.

Qualifications

• CMS familiarity with WordPress/Drupal/AEM or similar platforms.
• Basic knowledge of digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Excel dashboards).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Analytics and AEM is welcomed.

Responsabilités

• Conduct content reviews prior to website launches for Mövenpick and Swissôtel.
• Validate content accuracy, localization quality and brand compliance.
