Accor in Paris is offering a 6-month internship in the Customer Experience and Engagement Digital Marketing team, based in Issy-les-Moulineaux with hybrid work (3 days onsite, 2 days remote). The role focuses on content operations, website performance monitoring, and brand content governance for Movenpick and Swissotel.

You will conduct content reviews before launches, ensure localization quality, coordinate with regional teams, and support go-live readiness.

Qualifications

Internship agreement with an accredited higher education institution is required.
Fluent in French and English (verbal and written).
Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress/Drupal/AEM is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks with deadlines.

Responsabilités

Conduct comprehensive content reviews prior to website launches and content releases for Movenpick and Swissotel.
Validate content accuracy, localization quality, and compliance with brand guidelines.
Coordinate with regional and brand teams to ensure digital assets meet publication standards.
Support final quality checks and launch readiness activities.
Lead content update initiatives for the Grand Mercure website and CMS-based pages.
