Harmattan AI seeks an Infrastructure & Deployment DevOps Engineer to design and maintain the software systems powering our production environment. You will architect deployment pipelines, automate infrastructure, and manage fleet tools for production workstations, IIoT devices, and test benches, enabling fast, scalable R&D and manufacturing workflows.

You will collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to deliver secure, reproducible automation solutions that keep the factory floor

Qualifications

• MSc in Software, Electrical, Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years in software engineering with heavy infra, DevOps or industrial automation.
• Expert Python skills with scripting, automation and deployment tooling.
• Containerization mastery with Docker and orchestration tools.
• Experience with Ansible for workstation configuration or IoT platforms (e.g. AWS IoT Greengrass).
• Excellent communication and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsabilités

• Internal Fleet Management – coordinate software updates across production workstations and industrial nodes.
• Infrastructure Automation – maintain automated deployment for test benches and IIoT devices using container tools.
• Scalable CI/CD for Production – build/maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions/GitLab CI) for automation tools and inspection software.
• Reproducible Environments – use declarative build systems (Docker Bake, Ansible) for identical configuration and fast recovery.
• Cross-Team Collaboration – work with R&D, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to deliver reliable automation solutions.
