Harmattan AI is a defense technology company building autonomous drone systems. As a DevOps engineer, you will own the continuous integration infrastructure, designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines that enable engineers across software, validation, and perception teams to ship reliable code at pace while improving overall developer productivity and software quality.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines that compile, test, and deliver software across the organization
• Build feedback tools including dashboards and alert systems that surface build, test, and pipeline status to developers
• Gather requirements from software, validation, GNC, and perception teams and translate them into practical tooling solutions
• Collaborate closely with developers, IT, and cross-functional teams to understand workflows and remove friction
• Integrate and deploy AI agents within the CI pipeline
• Track development workflow health, identify bottlenecks and quality issues, and document tooling and standards

What You Need

• Proficiency with GitHub and GitHub Actions, including writing and maintaining YAML workflows to automate builds and tests
• Comfortable working across multi-repository project structures
• Confident writing automation scripts in Bash and Python, with hands‑on experience in a Linux environment using Docker
• Solid hands‑on experience with build systems such as CMake, including debugging and maintaining build configurations
• Background in robotics or embedded systems to understand the constraints of the software being built
• MSc or BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Robotics, or equivalent professional experience

Nice to Have

• Experience setting up automated test benches and functional testing frameworks
• C++ development experience
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Familiarity with agentic coding tools and their advanced configuration
