Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of professional DevOps, SRE, Platform, or Infra engineering experience.
• Strong coding ability in Python, Go, Bash, or TypeScript with real code.
• Hands-on CI/CD with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins; Docker and Kubernetes; at least one cloud.
• Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi, or CloudFormation.
• Advanced Linux skills and proficient Git usage.
• Professional English, written and spoken.
• Availability of at least 20 hours per week.

Responsabilités

• Design realistic DevOps tasks based on production-like scenarios (CI/CD, containers, orchestration, IaC, monitoring, incident response).
• Write working reference solutions with clear setup and validation steps.
• Review AI-generated output, identify failures, and write precise corrections with reasoning.
• Maintain a strict quality bar on correctness and reproducibility.
• Share structured feedback that improves future task design.

Key responsibilities

Required qualifications

3. Practical depth in CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins), Docker, Kubernetes, and at least one cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure)
4. Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi, or CloudFormation)
5. Advanced Linux and Git
6. Professional English, written and spoken
7. Availability of at least 20 hours per week

Preferred qualifications

1. Observability stack experience (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, OpenTelemetry)
2. Security, secrets management, or platform reliability background
3. Open source contributions or technical writing
4. Previous AI training data or model evaluation work
