White Circle, an AI Safety company building policy enforcement and optimization layers for AI systems, is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join the team in Paris on a hybrid basis. You will manage production infrastructure across AWS and on-premise environments, with a focus on Kubernetes, CI/CD, security, observability, and networking.

You must have hands-on AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Datadog and Python experience.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AWS (IAM, S3, EKS, ECR), Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Datadog, and Python.
• Strong Linux fundamentals and networking knowledge – TCP/IP, routing, firewalls, load balancing. Comfortable in cloud and on-prem environments.
• Must have ML or GPU workloads, multi-cluster or multi-cloud environments, or security-focused/air-gapped infrasture.
• Relocation to Paris (hybrid) required.

We're looking for a DevOps Engineer to join White Circle, an AI Safety company building the policy enforcement and optimization layer for AI systems. Backed by $11M from senior leaders at OpenAI, Anthropic, HuggingFace, Mistral, and DeepMind, White Circle processes 100M+ API calls monthly and runs its own LLMs in production.

You will

• Build and maintain production infrastructure across AWS and on-prem – Kubernetes clusters, CI/CD pipelines, container security, observability, and networking.
• Own IaC with Terraform, write Python automation, and support engineering and ML teams with compute-heavy workloads.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with AWS (IAM, S3, EKS, ECR), Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Datadog, and Python.
• Strong Linux fundamentals and solid networking knowledge – TCP/IP, routing, firewalls, load balancing.Comfortable in both cloud and real production on-prem environments.
• One of the following is a must: ML or GPU workload experience, multi-cluster or multi-cloud environments, security-focused or air-gapped infrastructure.
• Relocation to Paris (hybrid) required.

We offer

• $80k–$150k/year salary + equity; higher figures can be negotiated.
