Applicants should have 3+ years in DevOps/SRE roles, strong coding in Python/Go/Bash/TypeScript, and hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and IaC tools across major clouds. This position requires at least 20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of professional DevOps, SRE, Platform, or Infra engineering experience.
• Strong coding ability in Python, Go, Bash, or TypeScript with real code.
• Hands-on CI/CD with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins; Docker and Kubernetes; at least one cloud.
• Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi, or CloudFormation.
• Advanced Linux skills and proficient Git usage.
• Professional English, written and spoken.
• Availability of at least 20 hours per week.

Responsabilités

• Design realistic DevOps tasks based on production-like scenarios (CI/CD, containers, orchestration, IaC, monitoring, incident response).
• Write working reference solutions with clear setup and validation steps.
• Review AI-generated output, identify failures, and write precise corrections with reasoning.
• Maintain a strict quality bar on correctness and reproducibility.
• Share structured feedback that improves future task design.
