ENEA is seeking a Developer Support Engineer to enable customers to leverage Enea software. You will troubleshoot, analyze code, and collaborate with R&D on custom developments, ensuring optimal performance in customer environments.

The role emphasizes hands-on SDK work, collaboration with TAMs, and strong problem-solving in a fast-paced support context for networking and security solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS or related field with networking or systems programming specialization.
• Up to 3 years of experience in software development, technical support engineering, and customer-facing roles.
• Strong proficiency in C programming on x86/Linux platforms.
• Basic understanding of multi-threaded application development and concurrent programming techniques.
• Working knowledge of Linux development tools (compilers, debuggers, build systems).
• Familiarity with debugging and profiling tools to identify performance bottlenecks.

Responsabilités

• Manage customer support cases from initiation to resolution with SLA compliance.
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues, reproduce problems, and develop test scenarios.
• Develop code fixes and custom integrations to resolve customer issues.
• Collaborate with R&D, Sustaining Engineering, and Custom Project teams to deliver timely solutions.
• Conduct technical follow-ups with customers to confirm resolution and satisfaction.
• Prepare root cause analyses and escalation reviews; suggest process improvements.
• Assist Project Managers in resolving technical issues during project execution.
• Support Pre-sales engineers during product evaluation and accelerate resolution of issues.
