You will advise advocacy and engineering teams on incident response, on-call, and automation, shaping how we communicate complex topics.

You will build demos, write blogs, deliver talks, contribute to docs, webinars, open source, and research while collaborating with product teams to create impactful demonstrations and guides for

Qualifications

• 5+ years in platform engineering or SRE roles.
• Experience turning complex topics into clear content for engineers.
• Proven ability to communicate across technical disciplines.

Responsabilités

• Act as SME for service management for advocacy and engineering teams.
• Create demos, public speaking, blogs, documentation, webinars, open source, research.
• Partner with product engineering to build demos and coach internal teams.
• Interface with open source communities to drive messaging and develop integrations.
• Contribute to the product via feedback, documentation, or code.
