Jobtailor is seeking an IT systems administrator to manage and evolve the end-user environment, focusing on Microsoft Intune, 365, and multi-OS configurations for Windows and iOS. You will craft deployment profiles, automate tasks with PowerShell, and oversee VMware Horizon View VDI infra, ensuring high availability and security through standard practices.

Description du poste

• Administer and evolve the end-user environment on a daily basis.
• Administer and manage Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365.
• Create and configure Windows 11 deployment profiles and implement Autopilot.
• Package applications and distribute them via Intune.
• Centrally manage software updates.
• Manage and optimize multi-OS configurations for Windows 10/11 and iOS.
• Administer VMware Horizon View VDI infrastructures.
• Automate routine administrative tasks using PowerShell, VBScript and the Microsoft Graph API.
• Maintain the operational readiness of the desktop and mobile device fleet.
• Handle operational monitoring, incident management, routine administration and delivery management.
• Manage MSI application packaging and track remote distributions.
• Participate in cross-functional IT evolution projects and contribute to their security.
• Apply and adhere to service standards and policies.
• Collaborate with the various teams within the IT department.
• Produce a detailed daily activity report.
• Keep the administration repository, technical documentation, mapping and configuration management up to date.

Requirements

• Presence required on weekdays during standard business hours.
• Occasional availability for planned exceptional operations (evenings, weekends, business continuity plans) or unplanned events (major production incidents, security incidents).
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11.
• Strong knowledge of iOS in a multi-tenant environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune.
• Strong knowledge of Autopilot.
• Strong knowledge of Apple Business Manager.
• Strong knowledge of VMware Horizon View.
• Strong knowledge of PowerShell.
• Desired skills: Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, Kaspersky, InstallShield, Nexthink, Azure AD, Conditional Access, Active Directory (GPO), RDS, MDT, AIK, print and file sharing services.
