Pennylane is seeking a Design System Manager to own Purse, our design system, across web, mobile, and tablet, guiding its vision, roadmap, governance and quality. You’ll work hands-on with a 40+ design and engineering team and mentor designers on system craft.

You’ll lead governance, tokens, components, accessibility and integration with design ops and engineering, shaping an AI-ready future for the system.

Qualifications

• Experience owning the vision and roadmap of a design system at scale.
• Ability to balance long-term vision with milestone-driven delivery.
• Strong product sense applied to a design system.

Responsabilités

• Own the vision, roadmap, and governance of Purse, evolving the system as a product toward an AI-ready future.
• Set and uphold the quality bar for components, tokens, patterns, and accessibility.
• Drive adoption and measure system value, partnering with Design Ops and Engineering.
