Pigment is hiring a Design Manager to scale and strengthen the Product Design team. This role is primarily people- and design-leadership, with an expected split of approximately 80% management and 20% hands-on design.

• Proven people-management experience in a high-quality product organisation.
• Experience growing Product Designers through coaching and career development.
• Strong hands-on Product Design craft to review work and raise quality.
• Experience in complex B2B software and collaboration with PMs and engineers.
