Pigment, a leading AI-driven planning platform, seeks a Design Manager to scale the Product Design team. The role is primarily people-and design-leadership, with an approximate split of 80% management / 20% hands-on design.

You will develop designers, strengthen design culture, improve operating rhythm, and define KPIs/OKRs while shaping design strategy and hiring plans for the team.

Qualifications

• Proven people-management experience in a high-quality product org.
• End-to-end Product Design understanding with hands-on craft ability.
• Experience with complex B2B software and collaboration with PMs and Engineers.

Responsabilités

• Manage, coach and develop Product Designers with clear expectations and growth opportunities.
• Build a strong, collaborative Design culture and enable designers to do their best work.
• Own Design operations: rituals, planning, processes and ways of working.
