Pierre Fabre Laboratories in Toulouse, France, seeks an experienced Dermatology Project Leader to drive early‑stage drug discovery for dermatology. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, shape translational strategies, and guide candidates toward early clinical development, with oversight of scientific data and documentation.

The role offers part‑remote work up to two days per week and flexibility for commuting from France/Europe, along with a competitive remuneration package.

Qualifications

• PhD or MD/PhD with postdoctoral training in immunology or dermatology.
• Deep knowledge of skin biology and immune biomarker approaches.
• Experience leading dermatology drug discovery programs from preclinical to early clinical development.

Responsabilités

• Lead dermatology drug discovery programs within multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide scientific supervision of labs and mentoring of researchers.
• Collaborate with translational research, PK/Toxicology, and clinical development teams.
• Oversee timelines, budgets, and risks across preclinical and early clinical phases.
• Evaluate external R&D opportunities and partnerships.
