Qualifications

• PhD or MD/PhD with postdoc in immunology, dermatology, or cellular & molecular biology.
• 5–10 years in pharma/biotech sector with leadership in dermatology drug discovery.
• Strong knowledge of skin biology and inflammatory/immune-mediated skin diseases.

Responsabilités

• Lead dermatology drug discovery programs from preclinical to early clinical development.
• Supervise scientific teams and ensure high-quality data & documentation.
• Collaborate with translational research, clinical development & data science teams to manage timelines and budgets.
