Qualifications

• PhD or MD/PhD with postdoctoral training in immunology, dermatology, or cellular and molecular biology.
• 5-10 years in pharmaceutical/biotech sector.
• Proven track record leading dermatology programs from preclinical to early clinical development.
• Strong knowledge of skin biology and immune-mediated diseases.
• Experience with immune biomarker approaches and tissue-based technologies (NGS, flow cytometry, immunohistochemistry, multi-omics).

Responsibilities

• Lead dermatology drug discovery programs from preclinical to early clinical development.
• Collaborate with translational, clinical development, data science, and PK/Toxicology teams.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation.
• Mentor research staff and ensure data quality.
