Delivery Director – Engineering Services – Munich

I am working with a very interesting Engineering Services Business in high growth mode.

As part of this I am looking for a Delivery Director for our Automotive vertical, based in Munich. The Delivery Director is responsible for the overall delivery of our clients engineering solutions to their customers as well as building and managing the operations to support the delivery of the Automotive vertical.

You will be responsible for meeting the strategic objectives including growth, customer satisfaction, and program KPIs. The Delivery Director provides leadership and direction to program/project teams and ensures that all projects meet their cost, quality and timing requirements while building a robust operation to support our customers’ needs.

Previous Experience

• Overall 15+ years of professional experience
• Proven knowledge of project management methods required
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience managing professional services delivery of engineering solutions from definition through execution
• A minimum of 5 years’ people management experience of large teams including training, development, mentorship and day-to-day responsibility of technical/engineering teams, both on-site and remotely
• Experienced in Managed Services with bundling and customizing offerings to create customer value and to lower engagement costs – technical solution management and strategic solution outsourcing
