Job description

The fashion industry is responsible for 5–10% of global greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. As pressure for climate action grows, more companies are turning to carbon management tools. But most platforms are generic, lacking the depth needed for driving real change in fashion.

Carbonfactis the Environmental Intelligence Platform built specifically for the textile and fashion industry. We turn messy, real-world business data into environmental intelligence — enabling any fashion company to measure, model, reduce and report on its impact with confidence.

We’ve raised $17M from top-tier investors including Alven, Headline, and Y Combinator, and we’re already trusted by leading brands like Carhartt, GANNI, On, Burton, Armedangels, Jack Wolfskin, and many more.

Decarbonization Analyst

As a Decarbonization Analyst, you’ll work hands-on with some of the world’s most influential fashion brands to reduce their environmental impact — helping shape what decarbonization at scale looks like for the fashion industry.

You’ll guide customers using data-driven insights and become a key partner in their sustainability journey. If you’re passionate about decarbonization and want your day-to-day work to reflect what you care about, this is the mission for you.

You’ll be joining a fast-moving, open, adaptive, and forward-thinking team. We’re building Carbonfact to be a career launchpad: a place to hone your craft, deepen your impact, and grow alongside people who’re energized by solving hard problems.

What you will do
  • Own the customer journey

    • Be the main point of contact for assigned accounts from onboarding to long-term success.

    • Understand customer goals toensure a seamless, value-driven customer experience.

    • Communicate clearly and elevate any risks, blockers or complex requests efficiently.

    • Partner with Data, Engineering and Product teams to solve customer challenges and build scalable solutions.

  • Leverage data to create impact

    • Analyze and perform essential QA on customer datasets.

    • Generate reports and track KPIs to improve both customer outcomes and internal processes.

  • Continuously improve

    • Identify ways to enhance processes, customer experience, and engagement.

    • Collect and document customer feedback tosupport the evolution of our platform and services.

  • Manage work with structure

    • Manage customer requests, priorities and timelines with rigor and clarity.

    • Keep work organized, stakeholders aligned, and delivery on track.

Who you are
  • Experienced in B2B, customer-facing roles with multiple stakeholders

  • 1-3 years of professional experience

  • Highly organized with excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in performing data analysis

  • Experience or knowledge in decarbonization, sustainability or climate topics

  • Capable of grasping new concepts quickly, and passionate about teaching others

  • High proficiency in English

  • Based in Paris or willing to relocate
